- The cost refers to accommodation in one room on a Half Board (HB) basis and includes all taxes, except the climate resilience fee, to be paid by the participant directly to the hotel upon check out.
- All requests will be handled on a first come – first served basis and are subject to availability.
Terms of Payment for individual bookings
- All payments can be made via Bank Transfer or by Credit Card. All Credit card payments are charged with an additional 3% Bank fee. Upon confirmation of the booking, you will receive detailed instructions.
- Full payment of reservations is required upon confirmation of the booking.
Changes and cancellation policy for individuals

50% Refund: For cancellations 60 days prior to arrival.

No Refund : For cancellations 59 days or less prior to arrival and / or no shows.
Any change or cancellation must be sent in writing to congress secretariat by email (MVallianos@free-spirit.gr). Please note that the hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly. For no shows or last minute cancellations, full cancellation fees will apply and rooms will be released the following day at 10:00.
